Hardle is the Wordle variant that taught me not to trust my own eyes, because the clue tiles can swap roles. The game shows the usual green, yellow, and gray verdicts, but on some guesses the greens and yellows are deliberately exchanged, so a tile that looks green may really be telling you the letter is misplaced.
